Data integration Services

Following the purchase of our software, we work with clients or their chosen service provider, to ensure that the most up-to-date data is imported into IMQS.

System Implementation and training of personnel

After a dataset has been imported to IMQS, a member of our support team will visit the client to do an installation and complete initial training.

General software and system support

IMQS offers professional services on a time and materials basis, to address any eventuality that is not covered in the SMA, for example, re-installation of IMQS in the event of a hard drive crashing, or providing additional training.

Customizing  licensed software to suit the client’s needs

IMQS frequently works with customers to either modify a module (s) to meet the needs of the customer, or we will design, specify and build an entire new module on request.

Helping with tender specifications for relevant software tenders

Given breadth and depth of IMQS’ reporting capability, IMQS often assists in the specification of tenders.

User requirement specifications on particular customer needs

IMQS has Business Analysis services and will work with the client to write user specifications.

Master planning for computer based integrated infrastructure management

We work closely with our partners GLS Consulting to render Master Plans via the IMQS interface.

Master planning update reporting for bureau services

IMQS provides data manipulation services to provide frequent updates to clients in the master planning/ update cycle or for any other bureau appointment.
