IMQS mobile asset registration and verification allows you to optimise your asset management with ease, driving down costs and reducing errors. We offer a single, integrated solution for managing a mobile workforce during asset take-on and auditing, providing workers with on-location access to structured and fast data capture procedure; and giving managers real-time access to data as it is collected.
IMQS Mobile Workforce is a full, turn-key solution. Everything you need to get up and running is included: smartphone handsets, hosting on our systems, setup, data bundles, support and more.
On a software level, the system consists of two core components: A mobile application used by field workers, and a web-based management portal.

Each field worker is provided with a mobile device on which a custom application is installed. The application allows workers to easily capture data, view business critical information and stay in contact with the office.
An online web portal allows easy retrieval of gathered data, management and modification of asset data, and provides a real-time view into all workers’ whereabouts and activities.
