IMQS provides a spatial enabled web based Wayleave application that contribute to our integrated Asset Management and Asset Registering suite of products. The system provides a facility whereby the Infrastructure Services can capture factual data related to Wayleave applications and approvals. The Infrastructure Services would also be able to view details related to applied-for and approved Wayleaves. Additionally, a document linking facility provides support to spatially link, search and retrieve documents.

The system provides for the user to be able to view a list of all applied-for and approved Wayleaves as a snapshot-in-time.
It provides a standard capturing input form whereby Infrastructure Services could capture the minimum required data, pertaining to Wayleaves, in order to
establish base data for the MIS.

Ensuring extensive reporting over the data captured in the Wayleave system as a snapshot-in-time.
Ensuring the ability for document linking, searching and retrieval through spatial and logical, text-search functions.
Establish a standard Wayleave Code of Practice
Ensure that the minimum data required for a successful wayleave application is captured.
Increase wayleave application status visibility to include all Service Agencies.
Decrease time and effort spent on creating detailed and summary reports across different geographic regions.
Decrease time and effort spent on Wayleave-related document filing and retrieval administration.
Streamline the coordination of planned work.
Improve the interdepartmental communication on annual work plans.
